Farm stay · Eco retreat · Madhya Pradesh
A private eco-farmhouse in its own grove — inaugurated with a tree-plantation drive, and yours entirely for a night, a weekend, or as long as you need to breathe.
Our home, growing with love
Deepti Ecostays began in July 2026 — not with a ribbon, but with saplings. Friends, family and neighbours gathered under the teak trees to plant mango, tamarind and dragon fruit, each tagged with its planter's name. That's the promise of this place: it gets greener every single year.
The farmhouse itself is a red-roofed, two-storey home with wide balconies, a shaded verandah and open lawns — built for slow breakfasts, long walks and evenings that end around a fire under a sky full of stars.
The essentials
Both floors, balconies and lawns — reserved for one group at a time.
Sunrise over the fields from the upper balcony; sunsets from the verandah.
Mango, tamarind, dragon fruit and more — wander the plantation rows.
A crackling fire in the pit on request — carry your stories and songs.
Simple, fresh, local food cooked on request — tell us before you arrive.
Drive right in — shaded parking under the trees for multiple cars.
A local caretaker helps with check-in, meals and anything you need.
Far from city glow — birdsong for an alarm, constellations for a ceiling.
One day at Deepti
Turn into the lane next to Balraj Retreat, park under the teak trees, and let the quiet reset your pulse. Check-in from 1 PM.
Follow the plantation rows and read the name-tags on every sapling — mango, tamarind, dragon fruit — each one planted by a guest or friend of the farm.
As the fields go gold, the fire pit comes alive. Home-cooked dinner, warm smoke, and a sky that actually has stars in it.
Chai on the upper balcony, mist over the fields, birdsong instead of traffic. Leave by 11 AM — or stay another night. Most people do.
A look around
From the red roof to the newest sapling — a few honest photographs, no filters needed.
Meet your host
Deepti Pandey planted the farm's very first dragon fruit sapling with her own hands — and she treats every corner of this place the same way. When you stay here, you're not checking into a hotel; you're being welcomed into a family's dream that's still taking root.
Ask her about the trees. Every one of them has a story, a name-tag, and a person behind it.

House rules & conditions
A few simple conditions keep the farm beautiful for the guests — and the trees — that come after you.
Please handle the house, furniture, fittings and appliances with care. Any damage or breakage will be assessed and charged at actual repair or replacement cost.
Every sapling is tagged and loved. Do not pluck, cut or damage trees, plants or name-plates anywhere on the farm.
Smoking is not permitted inside the farmhouse. Please use open outdoor areas and dispose of butts responsibly.
Loud music and parties are not permitted without prior approval. Our neighbours include people, birds and one very opinionated dog.
Government-issued photo ID is required for all adult guests. Occupancy is limited to the guests named in the booking; visitors need prior approval.
Bonfires only in the designated pit, arranged with the caretaker. No open flames, crackers or fireworks anywhere else on the property.
Illegal drugs and intoxicants are strictly prohibited. Alcohol, if consumed, must be enjoyed responsibly by adults within the property.
We run on farm resources — switch off lights and appliances when not in use, use water thoughtfully, and leave the space broadly as you found it.
Damages & deposits: a refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in and returned after a quick inspection at check-out. Deepti Ecostays reserves the right to end a stay without refund in case of serious rule violations, and to charge for damages, missing items or extraordinary cleaning.
